Yooada ("Yooada", "we", "us") is an AI-assisted productivity app. This policy explains what data the Yooada iOS app (the "Service") collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can control or delete it.
This policy is operated by Futhertech Co., Limited. You can reach us at xscores.vip@gmail.com at any time.
When you create an account we collect your email address, display name, and (if you sign in with Apple or Google) the account identifier returned by that provider. If you use Sign in with Apple's private relay address, we store only the relay address.
We do not ask for your date of birth, physical address, phone number, gender, or photo. We do not collect payment information in the current version of the Service.
If you choose to connect a Google account, we access the data described in Section 4. This includes the content of your email messages, which is sensitive information. Connecting Google is optional; the rest of the app works without it, with reduced functionality.
Notes, tasks, follow-up items, schedule entries you create in Yooada, tags, reminders, and the people records you create or edit — including names, email addresses, companies, and any free-text notes you write about the people you work with. You are responsible for the information you enter about third parties; please only enter information you are entitled to record.
Device model, OS version, app version, language and region, a randomly generated installation identifier, crash reports, error logs, and coarse performance metrics (for example, screen load times). We do not collect your IDFA, and we do not use the App Tracking Transparency framework because we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Which features you open, how often, and aggregate counts (for example, "number of voice notes created this week"). Usage events are tied to your account so we can support you and improve the product. Usage events never contain the content of your emails, notes, or transcripts.
If you email us or take part in an onboarding call, we keep the messages, your email address, and any notes we take, so we can answer you and follow up.
We use the data above only to:
We do not use your data for advertising, for building profiles for third parties, for credit or insurance decisions, or for any purpose unrelated to the features above.
This section governs all data we receive through Google APIs and takes precedence over any more general statement elsewhere in this policy.
These are the only Google permissions Yooada requests. Each one is requested when you connect your Google account, and each corresponds to a feature you can see in the app.
| Scope | What it lets Yooada do | Why we need it |
|---|---|---|
gmail.modify |
Read your email messages and their metadata; archive a message (remove it from the inbox), mark it read or unread, and add or remove labels. | To group your inbox by what needs action, write one-line summaries and suggested next steps, detect messages you sent that received no reply, and carry out the inbox actions you take in Yooada so your mailbox stays consistent everywhere you read it. |
gmail.send |
Send an email message from your account. | To send the replies and follow-up emails you have reviewed and confirmed. Nothing is ever sent automatically — see below. |
openid, userinfo.email |
See the email address of the Google account you connected. | To show you which mailbox is connected and to stop the same mailbox being connected twice. |
What we do not do. Yooada does not permanently delete your mail: we do not request the
https://mail.google.com/ scope, which would allow that. We do not read, create, or change your
Gmail settings or filters. We do not access your Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or any
other Google service — the schedule you see in Yooada is built from entries you create in the app,
not from a Google calendar.
Sending is always yours to approve. Yooada may draft a reply, but a message is sent only after you read it and explicitly confirm. After you confirm, there is a short cancel window during which you can still stop it; only after that window does Yooada send anything.
Yooada's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In practice this means:
We store the OAuth access and refresh tokens Google issues, encrypted at rest. You can disconnect your Google account at any time in Settings → Connected accounts → Disconnect. Disconnecting stops all further access to your Google account and removes the stored tokens.
Yooada uses large language models to summarise threads, detect which messages need a follow-up, structure your voice notes, and draft suggested replies.
To do this, relevant excerpts of your content — which may include email content, schedule entries, voice-note transcripts, and people records — are transmitted to our AI provider: Alibaba Cloud DashScope (Qwen models). Content is sent at the moment of the request, to produce output for you.
We disclose this provider here, and we will update this policy before adding a new one that receives your content.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-app targeted advertising. We may share information in these limited circumstances:
We keep account information and user content while your account is active or as needed to provide Yooada. Where we are required to keep records for legal or tax reasons, we keep only the minimum necessary for the required period. Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies you may be retained.
When you delete your account (Settings → Account → Delete account):
You can also disconnect Google without deleting your account (see Section 4.3).
Inside the app, at any time, you can delete individual items, disconnect your Google account, or delete your whole account as described in Section 7.
If you are in California: you have the rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, so there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism to exercise. Residents of other US states with comparable laws — including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and Montana — have equivalent rights and may exercise them the same way.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland: you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact us at the address in Section 13 to exercise them.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network transport, access controls, encryption of stored credentials, and restricted service credentials. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We operate the Service from Hong Kong. Our servers and stored data are located in Singapore. Content sent for AI processing is handled by Alibaba Cloud DashScope on its international (Singapore) endpoint. Information may also be processed in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Yooada is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as Yooada changes. We will update the effective date at the top of this page and provide additional notice when required by law.
